Allow me to share with you (one of) my latest obsession(s):
GIRL WITH CURVES!
This badass chica posts on all things fashion and beauty related, all the while looking fierce... and not just "cute for a plus-size girl-fierce", but pure, unadulterated exquisiteness! I want to be her when I grow up. Trouble is, I'm pretty sure I'm about ten years older than her. Ah well. I'm inspired none-the-less. Check her out!

2012 Goals: Mind, Body and Spirit Goals

January

Mind: Start-up a new blog. Cheating, I know. (Done)

Body: Log 20 workouts at KMW or 323 or IRON by the end of the month. (14)

Spirit: Book a space for Starving for Attention to be performed sometime around May.

February

Mind: Blog 10 times this month!

Body: Take a boxing class at IRON.

Spirit: Meditate for 5 minutes, 2-3x a week. Baby steps.

March

Mind: Read The Element by Sir Ken Robinson.

Body: Deadlift my own body weight.

Spirit: Meditate for 5 minutes, everyday.

April

Mind: TBD

Body: Do 5 consecutive Double-Unders

Spirit: Meditate for 10 minutes, everyday.

May

Mind: TBD

Body: Run 400 meters in under two minutes without feeling like I'm going to die.

Spirit: Perform Starving for Attention, my one woman show, for the masses!

June

Mind: TBD

Body: Go from someone who does push-ups on her knees, to someone who does push-ups on her toes.

Spirit: Go to Italy!

July

Mind: TBD

Body: Graduate from the middle pull-up band to the skinny pull-up band.

Body: Box jump using the 18' box. (Instead of my usual 12')

Body: Run a mile in under 10 minutes. For a girl who's fastest mile run to date is 12:30 (in the sixth grade) this will be a major feat.

Body: Graduate from the skinny pull-up band to full-fledged, badass kipping pull-ups... at least one.

Body: Do a handstand, a cartwheel and the splits with the greatest of ease... but not at the same time.

Body: Do (at least) one WOD as prescribed, as in, without modification.
